The Challenge

The storefront needed a more predictable Arabic and English shopping journey. Product search suggestions, selected variant details, datasheet information and customer-facing flows all required careful handling.

My Approach

  • Reviewed the theme's multilingual search behavior and customized suggestion ordering and destinations.
  • Worked on variant-aware product cards so the displayed SKU reflects the chosen size or model.
  • Improved datasheet presentation for products with several SKUs or sizes.
  • Refined order-tracking input validation and user feedback, and supported customer account navigation.

Results & Impact

The storefront improvements made everyday shopping tasks easier to complete and easier to understand. The work connected multilingual product discovery, accurate product presentation and clearer order-related communication into a more coherent customer journey. It also gave the store team more consistent product information to support customers without unnecessary back-and-forth.

  • More relevant product discovery. Arabic-language search and language-consistent navigation help customers move from their search terms to relevant products instead of being interrupted by English-only suggestions or unexpected redirects.
  • Clearer product decisions. Variant-linked SKUs and better datasheet information make it easier to distinguish sizes and models. Customers can select the intended specification more confidently, and sales/support teams have clearer references when answering inquiries.
  • Less confusion during order tracking. Specific messages for mismatched order numbers and phone numbers replace misleading generic connection errors. Customers can correct their input, while customer service can focus on real order questions rather than avoidable troubleshooting.
  • More consistent account and order journeys. Refinements to account navigation, search, product cards and localized interactions make the storefront feel more predictable across touchpoints, particularly for Arabic-speaking shoppers.
  • A stronger foundation for store operations. More accurate product-facing information and self-service order feedback reduce opportunities for manual clarification, repeated customer messages and SKU misunderstandings during order preparation.

The result is a storefront built around clearer information, smoother browsing and better-supported customer decisions—not simply a visual redesign. Technical performance and accessibility were also reviewed through Google PageSpeed Insights; the audited scores and their testing limitations appear in the separate performance section below.

The mobile audits show faster initial visibility and a major reduction in blocking time. That supports smoother browsing on phones, especially when customers search for a product, compare sizes or review specifications before ordering.

How to read these results: Each device category compares two archived Lighthouse tests of the homepage. Mobile and desktop use different testing conditions and must be interpreted separately. Scores describe the measured tests, not a guaranteed loading time for every visitor.

Why it matters: Faster page rendering and less browser blocking make the storefront easier to explore. Combined with more reliable search, variant-specific SKUs, improved product information and clearer order-tracking feedback, the work supports more confident purchasing decisions and reduces avoidable support and order-handling friction.
